Why it is important to optimise my site?
It is important to optimise your site to serve searches. Optimising your site enables search engines to understand and to present your content. So, you need to help search engines to find your content. The first step to getting your site indexed is to make sure Google can find it.

You may not want certain pages of your website crawled because they might be of no relevance to users if found in search engine results. To prevent search engines from crawling your pages, use the non-index tag so that the page doesn’t appear in Google. But any user with a link will be able to reach the page.
